The Hilton Quebec offers an excellent environment with clean and tidy rooms, plus a large TV. But the highlight is definitely the breathtaking view from the window—you can overlook the entire Old Town and the St. Lawrence River, and it’s absolutely stunning. If you’re considering staying at this hotel, make sure to book a high-floor river-view room—it’s totally worth the price! The staff were very friendly and provided thoughtful guidance on how to park. The location requires a short walk to the Old Town, but it’s entirely manageable. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and I highly recommend this hotel!

Had a wonderful experience with this hotel! Initially, my mother and I were bringing a group of 25+ people but due to our bus canceling the night before, we were not able to go through with our trip. We had a separate reservation so decided to go on our own. Martin and Amilie went above and beyond to help us during the planning of our trip as well as after. We thank you for your kindness! The hotel was impeccably clean and everyone we encountered was friendly. Great location and fantastic views. Great food as well. We will definitely be staying here again!

“Great Service!” I had a wonderful stay at Hilton Hotel. The staff were friendly, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I forgot my tie after checking out, and they shipped it back to me quickly without any hassle. Amazing service—highly recommend!

Check in was easy and friendly. Great location across from the convention center and Parliament building across the street. Very central location to many restaurants. The room is pretty standard (3rd floor river view). It was clean but slightly disappointing that their is no luggage rack (had to ask for one). There was no tissue, just 1.5 rolls of toilet paper. The two small bars of hand soap is underwhelming. The room was clean and king bed very comfy. For the $$$, it was just a bit short of expectations.

After a disappointing experience at another hotel, I decided to stay for two nights at the Hilton Quebec, and it was a breath of fresh air. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. Although our room wasn't ready upon arrival, the staff graciously offered us a complimentary drink while we waited and provided access to the Lounge area. Our room on the 21st floor was perfect, with stunning views of the city that were truly breathtaking. The room itself was spacious, well-appointed, and offered everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Every detail was just right, making our stay at the Hilton an absolute pleasure. If you're looking for excellent service, beautiful accommodations, and a wonderful overall experience in Quebec, I highly recommend the Hilton Quebec. It made our trip memorable for all the right reasons.
