Beautiful historic hotel in downtown Quebec. Food is amazing, service is great, valet service parked our Pickup somewhere covered. The room was quite luxurious, just the elevator across the hall made some noise. If you are a light sleeper stay away from the elevator shafts. We stayed 3 nights and would loved to stay even longer. There is so much in and outside the hotel to explore. Everything is in walking distance, didn't need the car at all. Will definitely come back. Maybe in the summer or when there is a lot of snow.

If you’re visiting Vieux Quebec, I highly recommend staying at this historical and majestic chateau. The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas. From here, you can explore the old city on foot. We got a very spacious room with a view of the Saint Lawrence river. The service from the front desk to chamber person to the valet was top notch. They even charged our car! We will definitely stay here again when we return in the summer.

Beautiful space, comfortable room, excellent service! The check for two cocktails in the bar was rather eye-popping. We opted to eat/drink elsewhere given the many options withing walking distance. Loved the location.

Service is extremely slow at front desk .@ restaurant/ breakfast/ bar we have observed Any quebec resident always gets to go ahead of any tourist. Rooms vary greatly. Bathrooms very very small and no place to leave your toiletries. Beds comfortable. Bar makes great drinks. Breakfast buffet is out of this world. Rooms always clean. Towels fresh. Easy to Walk anywhere from Frontenac . Great little coffee/ tea station in room. Definitely worth a visit.
