At first glance, the hotel seems modern and the rooms seem to be impressive for the price point. After a few minutes of being in the room, you will quickly realize the volume of dirt and residue is an acceptable. Hotel safe is a joke, after trying to open the safe to place my belongings, I realize it slid off the shelf and fell on the Floor. The chophouse restaurant that is attached to the hotel is a mirror image of my experience with the hotel. At first, the chophouse seem to be quite a nice restaurant until you were served a bowl full of muscles that have not opened during the cooking process, which would indicate their dead and toxic. my server informed me that she would not charge me for the plate once I brought her attention to the situation. Considering I was sending back food that was unhealthy I would assume that it would be removed from the bill as I did not consume any of it. Service in the restaurant is at best poor. I would not recommend this hotel even though it comes at a fair price.

Helen was the best staff at the bay, she helped us o lot, all and all the staff were so kind and friendly, we really enjoyed, make sure that they give you the best room. The pool is not big, don't expect a big pool the pictures will make you fool, the gym is small too, they have 3 cardio device and a dumbbells and a bench. The restaurant around the hotel, chop and Danny's were super. Wifi is good, overall it is clean, free coffee in the morning, plenty of parking space. Not busy elevator.

The service was second to none! I especially want to give a shout out to Mary who was the front desk representative, she greeted me by name every time she saw me and always greeted me with a smile so definitely made me feel very welcome! And very convenient having both Denny's and The Chop connected to the hotel! The only gripe I had was the pool. It is quite small but more disappointingly it was very cold! I couldn't even get acclimate to it and had to get out after a couple minutes as I was just miserable trying to stay in. I had asked if the temperature could be increased and I was told that it was not possible so if you have any desire to stay at this hotel to use the pool, especially if you want to go swimming with your kids, I would strongly recommend staying elsewhere as it doesn't sound like it's going to get any better.

We arrived in Saskatoon for a wedding, and needed a place to change prior to the event. Mary at the reservation desk, went above and beyond to secure us a room that was available for us to check in early . She was so friendly and understanding and definitely made us feel like very valued guests. Our stay at the Sandman Signature was greatly enhanced by Mary's superior customer service.

the stay was just fine, I have no issues with the rooms or anything like that. however, I ended up leaving my new glasses there by mistake. after realizing, I called them and let them know the details. they then told me that they left a note for the housekeepers, and that they would give me a call the following day. two days then pass, and absolutely no call. I had also tried calling the managers office multiple times throughout those days, and absolutely no response even after leaving a message. I called again today, and the staff answering the phone was incredibly rude and seemed quite inconvenienced. I understand that leaving my glasses there was absolutely my fault, but the customer service is absolutely horrible. did not seem to want to help me at all.
