It looks nice, and at one point I'm sure it was, but it's really not all that great. The breakfast was overpriced and not very good. The rooms were equally fine and inconvenient at the same time. There was a nasty pair of underpants under one of the beds in our room along with who knows what else, which is just gross. The service was nice, and the pool was alright, and dinner was good too. Not great overall, but not the worst.

This hotel is in a good location being downtown. Room was super clean and looked over the water. Overall a nice experience. The snack shelves by the check in desks had good food selection but they had no pop and when we asked we were told that was all they had. Overall nice hotel.

I always enjoy staying at this Delta. The people are great, housekeeping is awesome and the pizza from the restaurant keeps me coming back. However it always seems like I have to fight with parking charges. I almost always stay under a rate that includes parking, yet four times out of five I get a parking charge on my bill. When this happened recently, I notified the front desk to have the charge removed, only to get my credit card charged for parking after I checked out. Watch your bills with this hotel!

We rented the one bed room suite for my daughters 9th birthday party. The front desk service staff accommodated us and our party by letting us have an early check in at 3 pm so we could get the room ready and decorate. We were allowed to have 5 guests at the party besides the birthday girl swim out of our room which was the perfect amount of kids for a party. They also let us have a late checkout the next day which we appreciated. They were friendly and wonderful to deal with.

What I liked about this hotel: - Conveniently located in downtown Saskatoon near malls and restaurants, though some nearby streets seem to have fallen on hard times - A chocolate bar was waiting for me in the room when I checked-in, which was a nice surprise - Room was beautifully arranged - With one exception, room was very clean though you probably shouldn't walk around the room without shoes/slippers on - Hot water for showers was always readily available - Restaurant on main level of hotel - Water/ice machine available near elevators What could be improved: - Air conditioners were very loud both in the room and the neighbouring room. When neighbouring room air conditioner kicked in, the TV in my room rattled and my bed shook all day/night - The corner riverview room was lovely in theory (great view of the river), but a room with floor-to-ceiling windows next to a busy intersection also lets in a ton of unwanted noise. The room is not recommended for light sleepers. I slept quite poorly due to the constant traffic noise even while wearing earplugs - Found a used bandaid on the armchair when I checked-in - Repairs were being carried out on the only women's washroom on the conference level of the hotel on day one of a conference so I was told to use the men's washroom (mainly urinals and a couple of stalls!), which was really uncomfortable due to the potential for awkward run-ins. Why couldn't the repairs have been carried out in the evening? - No airport shuttle (Taxi drivers may/may not tell you about the $21 flat rate between airport and downtown) Despite the lovely views of the river, I don't think I would stay here again because of the noise.
