Opening hours

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights. When my husband checked in, the TV wasn’t working. He advised the front desk and they said they were sending a service person. After an hour or so, no service person, we were upgraded to a room with a view of the river! It was a fantastic view. Bed so comfortable and quiet room. We tried out the hot tub and were disappointed though. The water was lukewarm. Not hot tub temperature. This is why I give 4 stars instead of 5.

Location, location, location!! The location of the Delta Hotels Bessborough in Saskatoon just can't be beaten. But that's just the start of the experience. The old picture of the building hung in the room reminded me of the exotic history of the hotel and what it may have represented. The two rooms we got were generous in size, but the 1 bedroom suite was my favorite. The beds were Marriott-comfortable, and I will stay there again and again. Finally, the staff was extremely nice, from check-in/check-out efficiency to their willingness to provide outstanding customer service by ensuring we had the best time at the hotel. I am very grateful to them and the cleaning staff as well for a great time.

Beautiful hotel. Rooms were amazing. Very relaxing and great location. Had an amazing sleep. wish I could stay more than one night. Only issue I had was that the bathtub took forever to drain as you could tell drain was clogged with hair.

This was a beautiful hotel! The location right in downtown Saskatoon made it very convenient. I’m giving 4 stars in the service category however because the restaurant in the lobby decided to not let me and my dad order dinner because the kitchen was already closed, despite being before the advertised closing time. I will admit that it wasn’t going to be open much longer at that point but it still forced us to find a different restaurant to have dinner. The hotel overall though was awesome!

Beautiful hotel and friendly staff with lots of history. My only complaint is that they do not provide a continental breakfast, when they have the rooms priced high enough to at least provide one to their guests; Considering they have competition that do at half the priceline for the same size room. Also, room walls are thin. We could hear our neighboring rooms' conversations.
