I was able to check in early. Great location, room was clean, nice bathroom. I had a king-size bed, very comfy and roomy, city view. Nice lobby to hang out or to wait for your ride. I went to the restaurant twice for breakfast. I had the eggs Benedict with potatoes, and the second time, I ordered an avocado toast with poached eggs and salad. Both dished were delicious. Overall, it was a great experience. Would stay there again.

My wife and I just stayed at this hotel for a conference. It's always what we expect. Extra pillows, extra towels, 50" TV, 'basic' luxurious furniture and amenities. However. A few warnings. If you are disabled and bring food for special diet, you will not have access to a microwave in your room. Also, there is no freezer to use, for certain medicines, in the bar fridge. One more note. Although it was super comfortable, There is no handicap door buttons leading from underground car park to the elevator. Once you do get to the service elevator, there is only room for one chair and escort. In their defence, the elevator was built during a time not many worried about access for disability. 4.8/5 Stars Downtown walkability sites are truly off the charts!

The location is great, and the staff is nice and cooperative. My husband and son enjoyed their time at the pool the most. The breakfast was really good too. My reason for giving 4 stars is that it was quite loud on the 2nd and 6th floors around midnight, which woke my son up. I could hear people shouting and talking loudly from the room next to us as well as outside. While I understand this isn't entirely the hotel's fault, it did affect our experience. That said, overall, the stay was good.

A clean hotel in a great location with friendly staff. Also enjoyed the dining options, the pool / hot tubs, and the availability of a small breakfast bar right at the hotel. The only drawbacks were that the room I was in was directly adjacent to the fitness room, which meant that from 6am onwards, my nights were over as my bed would shake from all the weights being dropped on the floor right next door. No amount of ear plugs is going to fix that. I feel like that room should not be a guest room, or the throwing of weights in the fitness area should not be allowed until say 8am so guests can get a good nights' sleep. The other issue was that the heat was not consistently working - one night I couldn't get the room warm up at all, no heat would come out of the vent. I ended up cold as the conditions outside were quite wintery, but thankfully had a hot tub at my disposal.

Overall great hotel! Staff are all friendly and helpful, great location and lots of great amenities. Whether you’re staying for business or pleasure, the Sheraton is a top choice for me!
