The bed was comfy, great location! Was super handy to park our cars there& get shuttle to and from the airport. Both times we were there, there was only 1 face cloth in a suite with a king bed and a pull out couch. They knew we were 2 guests. Also the vent, in the lower part of the ceiling was so dirty.

Lovely ambience and lots of great spots if you're a picture person. Staff were accommodating and tweaked menu for me. Clean wash room but the stalls are so tiny! Overall, definitely recommend. Held back one star for no staff willing to direct or even acknowledge the need to point out where what activities were. Really? Held back another for the state of the parking lot. You need the driving skill of a trucker to back out without hitting another car. Otherwise quite pleased. Because yea, it doesn't take much

This is absolutely the worst hotel. Took an hour to check in, the pool is disgusting don't think it's been cleaned in months, the rooms are run down despite their website saying it's been newly renovated, beds are uncomfortable, and to top it off it is LOUD. Banging and thudding, doors opening and slamming all going on until 1 o'clock in the morning. The breakfast buffet is NOT what it used to be, barely any selection of food now and none of it is even good. Do yourself a favour and don't stay in this hotel. ALSO the housekeeping staff does not care about the people staying in the hotel and are INCREDIBLY LOUD early in the morning, had to open my door and yell at them to be quiet. Seriously unimpressed and angry over this hotel experience.

Horrible, unprofessional management. Thieves. Thank you for stealing my package…. Then returning it to me USED. This was supposed to be a silent auction package, not to be taken home and used by your staff/management. Did not even get an apology for using the products, just tried to pass it off like I wouldn’t notice. Great customer service!!! There are much nicer hotels in the area, do yourself a favor and avoid this dump at all cost.

They have a shuttle to the airport that runs whenever you ask. Inside is pretty cool. Rooms are nice for the price. Biggest irritation was that someone decided to run up and down the halls at 5:20am spraying a fire extinguisher. This went into our rooms and was wonderful to inhale. No repercussions I am assuming, because they don't have cameras in the halls or by the elevator. Staff was not very helpful nor appeared concerned about the incident.
