Yes. You do not need to submit a new K-ETA application simply because you change the airline you are traveling with.
However, if the airline change also affects your registered travel information, such as your expected arrival or departure date, address in Korea, contact information, or expected departure flight number, you should update the changed information.
If your travel plans change, update the necessary travel information before using your K-ETA.
