If your middle name is included in the Given Names section of your passport, you should enter it in the same order and spelling as shown on your passport.
If you leave out your middle name or use an abbreviation, your ESTA application information may not match your passport details.
If your middle name is not shown on your passport, you should not add it separately.
Before applying for ESTA, check the English name on your passport and enter your name accurately according to your passport information.
