All this information is collected through the ETA application form on the ETAPORTAL website.

Additionally, for faster and more accurate communication, ETAPORTAL may request messenger IDs used within the past five (5) years (e.g., Facebook Page ID, LinkedIn Profile, Twitter (X) ID, Instagram ID, LINE ID, Telegram ID).
These messenger IDs are used in the following cases

To notify applicants about the status and result of their application

To respond to customer inquiries

To contact the applicant promptly in case of emergencies related to their application

Collected messenger IDs are securely protected under the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and relevant laws.
They will never be shared with third parties or used for other purposes without prior consent.
Applicants may refuse to provide this information, but doing so may delay or limit application processing or service provision.
