The Makguksu (buckwheat noodles) was delicious, but the dumpling soup was very savory and not too greasy, the seasoning was just right and the flavor was rich. The rice cake served on the side was so delicious and it was my first time eating it, so I ordered it to-go.
I'm going to pack and give my mom her favorite buckwheat pancakes. I had a great Lunar New Year lunch. I don't have any pictures of the food because I ate it too quickly^^

A place that serves Chuncheon-style makguksu with a sense of craftsmanship, including noodles with a high buckwheat content, not too much seasoning, and old-fashioned thick dongchimi.
Since moving to a new building, it is also suitable for entertainment or family dining out.

I tried to eat dakgalbi, but my companions objected, so I only ate makguksu. Sugar, vinegar, and mustard are provided, but even though I don't like salty food, the seasoning is basically not right. It's boring and good for elderly people, and the buckwheat rice cake and dongchimi are delicious.

I ate Makguksu. The taste was unique, so I asked about the buckwheat content, and they said it was 100%. They told me to add Dongchimi water to the Makguksu. I ate it with plenty of buckwheat sprouts as a garnish. It was the best Makguksu I’ve ever had. I also had buckwheat pancakes and they were good too.

I ate the sprouts with a mix and the mail with water.
For the seasoning, add a tablespoon of vinegar, a teaspoon of mustard, 2 spoons of sugar, mash the egg yolk, mix it with the seasoning, and mix it with the noodles and sprouts.
It was delicious.
The facility was newly built, so it was clean and the service was mostly done by robots, so even though there were a lot of customers, it was nice to be able to come out and eat quickly without having to wait too long.
Above all, it's nice to finish off with buckwheat rice cake because it's savory^^
