This would have been 5 stars but I had a few issues. First off, this is a great location. Decor and rooms are really nice. Customer service is good. Why no coffee makers in the room? I was on west coast time, it was really difficult to get up and out for coffee in the lobby before 9am. I missed it everyday. The club upstairs plays music until late. If you are on the upper floor you’ll hear it. Overall a great stay and would recommend.

I had a very pleasant stay here over the weekend. Room was spacious, very stylish and comfortable. Excellent soundproofing. Very good restaurant on site. As a Diamond member, I got full access to a la cart brunch menu on Sunday, and breakfast on Monday. The only disappointment was a roof top bar. It is open until 2 am, but you need to pay $10 to access to it after 9 pm, even for hotel guests. I returned at midnight Saturday and want to have a drink before going to bed, but $10 access to a drink is too stupid for me. I hope management will read my review and cope that strange access fee to the bar. If so, I will definitely return back

False Promises and Uncomfortable Conditions - Avoid This Hotel!
I had high hopes for our stay, especially after calling on Friday—just two days before our arrival—to confirm that they would have a crib ready for our baby and that we would be placed in a comfortable room. I was assured that everything would be taken care of upon our arrival. Unfortunately, this turned out to be nothing but empty promises.
When we arrived, the chaos began. The check-in process was disorganized and took far too long. We were met with staff who seemed confused and overwhelmed, and when we finally got our room key, we were devastated to find that there was no crib. Instead of a comfortable room, we were placed in a cramped, dirty space that was far from welcoming.
The room itself was a nightmare—stained carpets, outdated furniture, and an unpleasant odor that made it impossible to relax. The bathroom was in disrepair, with mold present and a shower that barely functioned. It was not the family-friendly environment.
After just a few minutes of trying to make the best of a terrible situation, we made the difficult decision to check out and find another hotel.(not too far from them and they just made our afternoon,With amazing smile and service).When we approached management to express our concerns, his answer was simple and not clear, and as well as rude.
, if you're considering this hotel, think again. The management's failure to deliver on their promises, combined with the filthy and uncomfortable conditions, made our experience unbearable. Save yourself the stress and look for a place that actually respects its guests and their needs. We learned the hard way that this hotel is not worth your time or money!

My husband and I had a fantastic weekend stay at the Kimpton Hotel Monaco. The lobby is gorgeous, the rooms are uniquely decorated and high end feeling, and the service is stellar. Ashley was incredibly helpful with anything we needed. It's also a great location and walkable to most everything we were interested in seeing. My favorite part has to be the happy hour that was offered during both nights of our stay. Highly recommend!

This is a great hotel. Friday we got to town earlier than anticipated. Shamira was at the reception area. I simply stopped in to see if I could get lucky on an early check in. She was able to accommodate us and this started our trip on a fantastic foot. The decor is nice. The location is perfect. The room was quiet. The bed was comfy. Pillows are a tad soft but not a deal breaker. The valet staff was quick and friendly. The door was opened for my wife and I Everytime we entered for exited. The only negative is the shower is an open shower with no door. The spatter of water from the shower gets the bathroom floor wet. I’ll stay here again in Philly for sure.
