Opening hours

This is a nice place as far as the condition goes. I would say that it is clean and pretty well kept. Great place for business meetings or families. The restaurant menu is a pretty good option if you just want to stay in. The pool is indoors, and on the second floor, along with the fitness room, which had a dumbbell rack that went up to 50s. I got a good pump in there for an hour. 63" TV in your room, which is nice. Decent place.

As a Marriott Titanium Elite member, highly disappointed. This business trip will be my last staying at this facility. Consistently choose convenient location over service - this trip did me in. Ed at the bar is highly unprofessional and quite rude. Routinely ignores patrons. Overall, hotel is mediocre at best.

We checked in and I always check for bedbugs, have never found any in any hotel stay and we travel ALOT. We found bed bugs here and we immediately reported it to the manager on duty who only offered to give us another room. We opted out thank you. I sent the videos and pictures of the bed bugs to the board of health who in turn told me everything was all set that they spoke to the maintenance manager who informed her that he follows protocol LOL this was A JOKE ! Board of Health did no investigation. This hotel looks prestigious but BEWARE! I have pictures and videos! Look up on YOUTUBE on how to spot bedbugs and you will never stay anywhere without doing so ! For anyone that stayed there during July or after in 2022 and ended up with bed bugs this is why!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This hotel has super thin walls so you are constantly woken up by others. Also, the house keeping didn’t even knock they just walked into my room 3 hours before checkout because they thought it was close enough. I don’t like to leave reviews but I travel a lot and really don’t recommend this place.

Wow I've never felt so unwelcome in a hotel before. I had to call front service to be given a fresh towell. There was no more body wash and we were given 1 bottle of water. Seriously? I would have spend less to stay at a motel instead. The workers here look like they hate their jobs, especially the front desk and the Starbucks worker. I asked for an ice shaken expresso and she had no idea how to make it but instead of telling me she just made a random drink ( i could hear her talking to her co worker and said i don't know what she ordered).
