Food could be improved, breakfast, not hot, selection could be better, BBQ was disappointing, set up improvements needed to allow the customer experience of BBQ their own food to get the desired taste, all of the above are easily fixed. If the hotel had the opportunity to provide a gym worth visiting would be a good investment, current facilities are way below an acceptable standard, same applies for the games room. These improvements would improve the overall experience.But Ohmmy very nice staff.

Everything is fine in this hotel and there is nothing that could upset. We had a family vacation with two children - 9 and 4 years old, everything is perfect. Delicious breakfasts, excellent staff, good territory and swimming pools. The employees of the children's room are super - Aim, in my opinion, her name was. At the reception, the cutest hostels are Nano and Ploy! Thank you Emerald for our vacation!

This is a family targeted resort with water slides and kids playroom. Pros:- 1. Plenty of kids facilities to keep the small and younger one entertained. 2. Room is spacious. 3. Breakfast spread is good. Cons:- 1. Service can be slow on the housekeeping end. They missed out the towel and we have to call twice to request for extra towels. 2. Room given with dusty floor, and we have to mop it using the towel paper ourselves since the housekeeping service is very slow in response. 3. Many flies during breakfast buffet, the management should do something about it. 4. Swimming pool floor and wall is very rough, my kid and I had cut on elbow and leg when doing the slides due to rough floor and edges. I even witness 1 man before me suffer serious cut & bleed on the toe/foot and needed aid from the guard when got up the pool. So take note when you/your kid going into the pool or using the slides.

We spent 4 days as a family of four. Everything was good but we'd appreciate if there were "halal" labels on halal meals for the breakfast. We couldn't have any salami or anything meat related, but everything else was exceptional, I definitely recommend

Good modern hotel and responsible, friendly staff. I would especially like to mention Mr. Fit, who was great with children. Large spacious rooms, good furniture. Varied breakfasts. One of the minuses, I would like to note, is the poor quality of room cleaning. from time to time it was necessary to point out shortcomings. However the staff responded quickly to comments. Also to note the location of the hotel. convenient location with one of the best beaches within walking distance.
