Great!
Good hotel in a great location. We stayed at the hotel for several nights and our stay was wonderful. The hotel staff is incredibly nice, the room service is excellent and the reception staff are nice. I should mention that the room was always clean, bathrobes and slippers were offered (there was only one in the room and we asked the reception to get another set), bottles of water were provided free of charge upon request (which makes it very easy for tourists) and the bed was comfortable. The only point I have a criticism on is the fact that the room is very small, the bathroom is quite small and may be uncomfortable. I will conclude by saying that the hotel is excellent and at a relatively good price, despite the small room, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

Good!
My kid and I loved the accessibility of this hotel to the places we visited around. The hotel looked OK when you enter the reception area but we didn't like our room, I felt claustrophobic because it had one tiny window and the tiny view down the street didn't look great. I would have chosen a better hotel if I have to plan another trip.

Worst.
The hotel and staff there were pretty nice. The room I got was small but it was the cheapest. I didn't expect much and it was better then expected. The interior isn't outdated or worn down and kept clean. It was also close to the concert I was going to. One complaint is the elevators took forever but not much they can do about that. However the reason its so low is the parking is messed up, and contacting didn't help. I got a ticket to park in the garage and I payed for parking at the front desk. However you still have to pay at the machine to leave the garage. As well when I contacted them over email to ask to refund one of the charges, they replied and asked for bank info. I gave them the info they then stopped responding. If they had said nothing or said there was nothing they could do id be alot less upset. All that being said the hotel is nice and the service in person was good. However the parking situation needs to be dealt with better. As well better communication

Not bad
1. It took 20-30 minutes to check in. 2. Our floor of the hotel smelled of wet paint the entire trip. 3. The thermostat says not to press certain buttons. The room was very warm, so we had to get someone to come change the settings to cool it down. Every day, the thermostat was reset and this had to be done again. 4. The shower was the saddest little trickle of water I've ever seen at a hotel. 5. The material the coffee cups were made of caused the contents of the cup to taste like cardboard. 6. A (false) fire alarm went off for 15-20 minutes on the last morning of our stay. 7. The digital check out option did not work.

Great!
We had a good experience in this hotel. The location was great and the hotel was neat. However, there are some things that I would like to mention here. The room was so small and tight, Although we got a room for 3 of us with two double beds, and the mattresses were too soft for us.
