The meal that we splurged the most yet, and definitely the best yet! ? Shortlisted this black pork BBQ place due to its high reviews on Google, and arrived around 5:30pm on a Sunday to find that we are the only ones there and was rather shocked. Ordered the couple set and a hallabong drink to start our meal with and it was so amazing.. So much so that I decided to add another 300g of the pork shoulder as it literally was a juicy piece of pork meat - I never had any pork that oozes juice when I bite into it before ? ?️ the parking space is about 4 cars wide, unless we can park to the empty space beside the restaurant too Definitely recommended if you are looking for a good black pork BBQ spot that’s not crowded!

Stopped by in the evening at 630pm to try the black pork but was informed that dinner service only started after 7pm. Noticed a tour bus leaving, perhaps the eatery caters to tour groups too. The ambience was quaint and relaxing, Jeju black pork was enjoyable but not remarkable. They had some interesting sounding sides like volcano steamed egg - which turned out to be cheese and sweet chilli sauce. The staff were very friendly and patient, took the time to explain how to enjoy the different cuts of black pork and how to enjoy them with the intriguing anchovy sauce which was placed atop the grill.

Absolutely delicious! Love the various juicy cuts of black pork, especially Tomahawk and Samgyeopsal. Will definitely visit again when next in jeju. The chef was very very nice and friendly, he personally grilll all the meats to perfection for us and took the time to explain all the sauces and which type of meat to pair with which type of sauces. Kudos to the chef???

Googled upon this with a good rating hence wanting to give it a try. When I reach the restaurant, I was greet with the restaurant staff and place my order on the couple set with the steamed egg. Service was excellent when the staff (with. Chef uniform) came out to serve us and suggested us on how to eat the black pork with various sauces. Food was excellent and service is tip-top!

In Jeju, there is no shortage of Black pork BBQ restaurants, but only a select few manage to achieve the perfect blend of high quality, reasonable prices, excellent service, and a comfortable atmosphere. This particular establishment stands out among the rest. Not only did our friendly waiter possess a genuine enthusiasm for cooking and teaching us the art of eating, but it also enhanced the overall dining experience, making every bite incredibly enjoyable.
