Not bad
Perhaps we ate the least popular stuff. Octopus were Sammy n v little. The Teo prawns with full heads were bigger but the text is vvv poor. Not fresh, the sides were all tattered. Other small prawns without shell was ok, but way too small. A disappointment. Perhaps we shd have ordered the more popular stuff. No to seafood hotpot. Server forgot to serve us rice too.

Perfect!
In all honesty, this is a 4 star restaurant, but given the parameters of Google and the circumstances of how I ended up there, I'm giving it 5 stars. When you're out on the town drinking and need a good meal to soak up the soju and beer? Gaemijib is the place to go. Right on the Haeundae strip, this place does a killer Octopus / Squid / Seafood noodle dish. It's open late and meant for group sharing. The noodles weren't spicy, just a small hot kick to get things off. The flavor wasn't over powering and pairs well with additional drinking. The overall portion size was also great. One pot feeds roughly 3-4 large sized men. If you're stumbling drunk in busan and need a pick-me-up, this is the way to go.

Great!
Busan is rich in seafood so make sure to try seafood dishes when you visit. We were introduced to nagopsae by a friend who is a Busan native. Nagopsae stands for the 3 main proteins of this spicy casserole dish - nakji (baby octopus), gopchang (small intestine-cow) and saewoo (shrimp). It was interesting to see this dish cooked in fromt of us. The gopchang did not look like the intestines I was used to see. It looked clean and appetizing. Then we added the rice, stir fried everything. Served in on our bowls and topped with seaweed flakes. This dish has a little kick but not too spicy and best enjoyed with soju. Service here was fast. The restaurant got filled with locals and thats when you know its good.

Perfect!
Very tasty. Needed help with what to order and how to eat it. They are known for their octopus, shrimp, and tripe. We substituted pork belly for tripe and it was delicious. We added much of the spices after and it wasn't too spicy. Very good combination of flavors. Definitely lived up to the hype. A must visit for seafood lovers.

Perfect!
It is sweet, savory and spicy. Ordered pork belly with octopus. Mixed with laver, bean sprouts and rice. Like a DIY bimbap. The combination is dope. It opens 24hrs and I had it from breakfast. Such a hearty breakfast. Love it!
