Had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Boston Back Bay, made even better by Josh at the front desk. His kindness and helpfulness truly stood out—unequivocally, kindness never goes unnoticed. He went above and beyond to ensure a great experience. Hilton is lucky to have him!

Business trip. Room 25 floor was clean and recently renovated. Staff welcoming and pleasant. Do not rate the location since it wasn’t pleasure trip. Overall great experience! Thank you Hilton staff.

Got hit with 35/day fees that I could spend at the restaurant. Of course they scaled back the restaurant to a shell of its former self. Breakfast Buffett used to be fantastic. It’s gone now. Rooms are good. Housekeeping is good. Front desk staff is poor. Restaurant staff is minimal. Bar is okay.

The Rooms were so stuffy because of the heat (that couldn’t be temperature controlled) we had to open windows mid winter to get air circulation. Bathroom were gross, turned on the sink and black mold came from around the sink, the tub didn’t drain properly shower curtains were dingy and towels were “yellow” in color not white and rough. The attention to detail for cleaning was definitely not there. Chairs in the room had a big brown stain on it. It felt really gross and like it needed to be cleaned properly. Front desk staff was pleasant and helpful.

A Wonderful Holiday Stay at Boston Back Bay Hotel! As Hilton Diamond members, we’ve had the pleasure of staying at many properties, but the Boston Back Bay Hotel truly stands out. The entire staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The hotel itself is beautiful, especially the hallways, and the rooms are uniquely designed with a charming Gothic-style theme that adds to the character of the stay. We did encounter one issue during our stay, but the manager, Eriko, was incredibly kind and understanding. He went out of his way to accommodate us, respond to my emails and calls, and his thoughtfulness made all the difference. It meant so much to us to feel so well taken care of, especially during the holiday weekend when we couldn’t be with our family. The food and drinks at the bar were also fantastic—a great way to unwind at the end of the day. Overall, we don’t regret choosing this hotel and are grateful for the memorable experience. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special! We can't wait to be back!
