Paid for a king bed suite with pull out couch suitable for 3 people. The suite itself was much smaller than it looked in the photos and not as nice. The king bed was NOT a king bed, it was maybe a queen at most. When I mentioned to the staff that there may have been a mistake, they assured me it was in fact a king bed and that I was wrong (I have a king bed at home.) My partner and I couldn’t roll over without being in each other’s space. The bed was also so hard and uncomfortable that I was awake all night and was in horrible muscle pain in the morning. The pull out bed was also uncomfortable and you could feel the bars through the mattress. Overall I feel that I paid way too much for what I got and I did not sleep a wink. It just felt like false advertising and the staff seemed unconcerned.
FYI, the TVs are old so if you are looking to do anything more than watch basic cable, you’ll have to bring your own electronics. No smart TVs.
Location was convenient for our plans in the theater district but I wouldn’t stay here again.

This is a 3 star hotel. Barely.
The rooms are old. The ONLY Hilton I've been to where they charge you to receive packages.
Paying $300+ a night is for the location only. Low customer service (they seem exhausted), no benefits, no quality.
You can read the other reviews about the breakfast and bar.

I stayed at the Boston Park Plaza Hotel for a work conference, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The hotel’s atmosphere is absolutely beautiful. It’s sophisticated, historic, and full of charm. The location couldn’t be better, with so many of Boston’s top attractions, dining, and shopping just steps away.
What truly blew me away was the stunning ballroom where I had the opportunity to speak to a large audience. The space was elegant, spacious, and perfectly set up for a professional event, making the experience even more memorable.
Beyond the conference, the hotel offers fantastic amenities and dining options. Whether grabbing a bite at one of the restaurants or enjoying the various conveniences the hotel provides, everything was top-notch. The staff was attentive, ensuring every aspect of my stay was seamless and enjoyable. The Boston Park Plaza truly delivers a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and convenience. Whether for business or leisure, this hotel is an excellent choice, and I look forward to returning.

Okay, so, look, I really wanted to like this place. The location was fantastic, and the staff were genuinely nice. But I left feeling pretty disappointed, to be honest.
That whole "Diamond member benefit" thing? It's kind of a joke. They give you this food and beverage credit, which sounds great, but then you find out you can't use it for room service or the little shop. So, you're basically forced to eat in their restaurant, where breakfast for two omelets, coffee, and juice cost me $84. Seriously? It felt like they were penalizing me for trying to use a benefit I was supposed to have.
Then, on my last day, I had a small balance left over from breakfast, and they wouldn't let me apply the remaining credit. Just a straight-up "no." It seemed ridiculously rigid and wasteful.
The hotel itself felt a bit dated. My suite was big, but the layout was odd. The couch was uncomfortable, and the TV was awkwardly placed. The bathroom was tiny. It just wasn't the experience I was hoping for.
Basically, it felt like they were trying to squeeze every last dollar out of me. It's a shame, because the location is great. But unless they change their policies and pricing, I'd only go back if I absolutely had to. It wasn't worth the hassle.
Edit: Customer service reached out to me to give the typical copy and pasted corporate response. It was polite, and I don't fault the person in charge who messaged me, but it ultimately didn't settle any of my grievances. It's just crossing off a box so they can say they cared. I'm posting a receipt of the bill. $28 for two cups of coffee and two cups of what tasted like Minute maid orange juice. The photo was edited to leave out identifying information for the server.

Update: you can see that a robot or AI responds to these reviews. I said nothing about a deposit on my card. The robot got that wrong. Don’t even bother. They don’t care.
I've stayed at many different Hiltons, and this was by far the lowest quality of them all. The door to the bathroom had chipped paint and wood and looked like an animal had tried to chew its way through. The tub was chipped and looked dirty. We didn't shower there and just headed back home instead. The mirror in the bathroom was split and chipped. The floor had visible white stains on it. The room just had a dirty feel to it all around. The room I reserved through the app was given to someone else, and we were given a different room when we arrived. The staff was friendly, which was nice. Dropping the car off proved to be an adventure. When I entered the hotel, it was nearly impossible to find the front desk without asking for directions. In the morning, I called the valet number for my car a half hour before I needed it, as requested on the ticket, and found out when I went to retrieve my car that the number didn't work, even though it had an automated message that said it would be ready. So we were about 15 minutes late getting on the road waiting for our car. I wouldn't stay here again.
