Having traveled to various accommodations worldwide and in Korea, I found the staff at Sono Belle Jeju Resort to be exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Even the housekeeping staff greet guests warmly, creating a pleasant and hospitable atmosphere. The breakfast buffet is another highlight of the stay. It operates in two sessions, and early reservations offer a discount, which is a great perk. This morning, the buffet was very popular and bustling with guests, reflecting its great quality and variety. The selection was impressive, with a mix of Korean and international dishes, ensuring that everyone could find something to enjoy. The fresh ingredients and well-prepared dishes made for a satisfying start to the day. One of the main reasons I chose this resort for our family trip was the extended 30-hour stay option. On weekdays, guests can check in at 9 AM and check out at 3 PM the next day, allowing for a more relaxed and enjoyable stay. However, if you are assigned to Tower C, be aware that dining and activity areas are located in Towers A and B, requiring you to walk outside to access them. Since Jeju Island is known for its strong winds, this may be inconvenient for guests with mobility challenges. It would be even better if the resort avoided assigning Tower C rooms to such guests, making it an even more accessible and top-tier resort. Overall, Sono Belle Jeju offers great service, a unique extended stay option, and a welcoming atmosphere. With its delicious and well-organized breakfast buffet, friendly staff, and comfortable accommodations, it’s an excellent choice for families and travelers looking for a memorable stay in Jeju.

Worst hotel experience compared to about 6 different hotels in Jeju. Their room service is limited to bringing new towels (excludes removing old used towels, adding new garbage bags, making beds... everything you'd typically expect for the price of your stay) Shower towel sizes are that of a hand towel, not because they do not have any, there is an extra charge to have large towels sent to your room. A frustrating experience for my family and based on other past comments, these issues have been going on for multiple years already 4+ years before my comment.

Having family memory trip with my mom and her sister. So reserved at condo with 2 rooms studio for 5 persons. But there are only double bed, with 3 futon set, saying one more extra futon set is charge 25,000won. If I remember correct the price per one night is 250,000 won or something then I still only have double bed , so i Have to share 3 futon sets for 4 persons, and Doble bed for 1 person. I am here a bit confused the value of rooms and services. ;(

This place is in a good position and looks beautiful. If you walk for a while from here, there's a nice beach. You can see beautiful sea and palm trees in B-Wing. The interior is meticulous, clean and bright. Breakfast is good and service is good. The price seems reasonable.

Great location. Easy access to the beach. They charge you for everything though. Extra towel or late check in. They no longer provide complimentary water. I think this place provide great value if more people stayed but for our small family, might have had better service if we stayed at a hotel.
